GPOYW: with Charlie Hoehn at TEDxCMU this past weekend. Little did we know at this point that we were about to give very similar and complementary talks about being bold and doing things you enjoy. (Talks will be live on YouTube in a few weeks.)
Don’t know Charlie? He’s awesome. Most recently, he helped write and market The Four-Hour body. You should also read this hilarious post about his adventures in Argentina.
GPOYW: interesting and relevant sentiment found near Chelsea Pier.
(ps - it actually puts publishers out of business. good thing the opportunity for change is always standing before us…)
GPOYW: no better way to end the year than with love & family. Here’s a photo of me and my adorable niece, Hailey Cate, on Xmas. She did my makeup and put stars on my face. Best makeup job of the year. <3
GPOYW: Ben took a bunch of photos of Cath (my biz partner & the founder/designer of workisnotajob.) & I in Central Park last weekend. Ben hates this one but I like it. I prefer unconventional photos.
GPOYW: revolution starts here.
(sporting my workisnotajob. hoodie)
GPOYW: spotted @superfunparty with the lovely Chelsea
GPOYW: appreciating this peaceful, pleasant and focused month in Chicago.
GPOYW: naturally done up by the lovely Lisa Frame, my good girlfriend who lives in Chicago, shares photos of rad people with their morning brew & runs community for Abe’s Market. When she’s not busy with that, she does hair & makeup. Hire her for your wedding, photoshoot or music video: lisaframe at gmail dot com.
GPOYW: rocking the curls back in my hometown Chicago! in town until October 1…
GPOYW: superhero edition.
GPOYW: golden rooftop.
GPOYW: first time sailing, first time in Connecticut…
GPOYW: working at the Carbonmade office with Pasquale (i meannnn, Spiderman) and Spencer.
GPOYW: workisnotajob.

The lovely Catharina visited me from Dublin last week. She’s the brilliant designer / artist behind workisnotajob, a creative studio that makes and sells pretty things that inspire the masses and move the individual. What an incredible, eye-opening, inspiring and beautiful week we had!
